What We Do
At Wildflower Collective Counseling, therapy is a collaborative and deeply human process. We create space for you to explore your experiences, understand yourself more fully, reconnect with what matters to you, and consider new possibilities for how you want to live.
Our work is grounded in existential and humanistic principles, which means we believe you are more than a diagnosis, a difficult chapter, or a collection of symptoms. We’re interested in the whole person - your relationships, experiences, values, identity, hopes, fears, and the unique ways you make meaning of your life.
Individual Therapy
There is no predetermined path you have to follow here. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope might be different. Sometimes that means working through pain or uncertainty. Sometimes it means making sense of the past. And sometimes it means creating the courage and clarity to move toward something new.
Couple Therapy
Within every relationship, there are seasons. Seasons of closeness, change, uncertainty, and disconnection. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find your way back to one another.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand the patterns that shape your relationship, and make room for each person’s experience. Together, we can explore what’s happening beneath recurring conflicts, strengthen communication and connection, and discover new ways of relating that feel more grounded and meaningful.
